THE Hon. Prime Minister this morning told Parliament that he has resigned as the Defence Minister and Hon. Fekita ‘Utoikamanu from the Foreign Affairs and Tourism ministerial portfolios effective as of March 28th, 2024.
The Hon. Prime Minister also announced that the King in Privy Council also approved the appointment of Hon. Dr. Viliami Latu as the new Minister of Tourism and Hon. Fekita ‘Utoikamanu as the new Minister of MEIDECC.
The Prime Minister also told Parliament that there is still no appointment for the Minister of Defence and Foreign Affairs.
