Hon. Vaha'i was re-elected on the by-elections of May 21, 2008 as the Nobles Number 3 Representative for Tongatapu. Hon. Vaha'i is now serving his second term after being elected to replace the Late Hon. Fohe who passed away in April 2009.
Hon. Vaha'i is the Estate Holder of the Village of Fo'ui in the Hihifo District in Tongatapu and the village of Ta'anea in the Vava'u Group.
